Hey Fregata, it's not always a fetish when someone likes your breast.
The interest isn't due to a fetish but because since in pretty much all countries, bare breasts in public is considered indecent exposure and is otherwise taboo, most of the time breasts are considered eye candy (mostly by men) due to curiousity, not sexual fetishism.
