Mario/Pokemon Anime Story (Info in Description)

A strange story I thought of. If this story had tropes, here's one major one:
-Person of Mass Destruction (Bowser, Waluigi, and their respective Pokemon with their actions. The former two are not good trainers in a way)

Plot:
Bowser found a mysterious bottle and opened it, releasing a large portal that sucked his whole kingdom into the Pokemon universe. Bowser then goes on a journey to find this creature who was in the bottle to get his kingdom back. Though on his way, he does cause havoc. Unknowingly, Waluigi was sneaking in the kingdom and got sucked in. He joins Bowser too.

The Pokemon universe is loosely based on the anime universe, with some differences. Some of the characters and their fates are different,like Serena being her mirror universe self, who keeps getting involved in Bowser's shenanigans. It's a parody in a way.

This story does contain some dark humor in it, especially on the Pokemon characters not Serena. Ash is going to be there, but not often.
