NOTE: My human Kyogre is like the Mega Man robot masters, where some metal parts of them are a part of them since Groudon and Kyogre look robotic looking to begin with. In other words, my human version of Kyogre is restricted to belly/side/neck/underarm/upper leg tickling. Sorry foot fetishists XD
